The software is installed on this system for you free of charge. You are NOT paying for the Raspbian, RetroPie, Emulation Station software. You are only paying for the hardware (system, controllers, power supply, cables, etc.) and the labor necessary to build and configure this complete system.
By purchasing this, you attest that you have the rights to own these games and console emulators, if you do not have the individual rights, the individual game and/or console that you do not own the rights to should be deleted off of the SD card.
